Thank you very much for purchasing "Electric Heating Brick " the world first modular Electric Heating Concrete Panel. This product is designed and manufactured by Duralogic limited, this instruction will cover model : EHB3k02-01;its installation !
THIS EQUIPMENT SHALL BE INSTALLED ONLY BY QUALIFIED PERSONNEL WHO ARE FAMILIAR WITH THE CONTSTUCTION AND OPERATION OF THE APPARATUS AND THE RISK INVOLVED
THE INSTALLATION OF THIS HEATING PRODUCT SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS AND THE REGULATIONS OF THE AUTHORITY OF JURDSDICTION.
You could install this product into two different
Before install this product, several things need to prepare first, leveling the floor

| This product is mainly designed for heating floor purpose, |

check all the accessory included ; should include power connection cable ; three wire, PLR02 RED, PLB02;BLUE and PLG02; GREEN all 18AWG wire, and IB01 inter-brick connection YELLOW, 22AWG
wire .you also need to prepare the tools, 5”Mini Bent Nose Pliers, and silicon sealant if you want to fix
the heating brick to wooden slab beneath , then prepare the screw (4mm * 22mm) , and screw driver

measure the dimension of space you like to install, calculate how many rows and columns
of EHB will be installed, then follow the connection routing map we provide ! |

This product EHB3k02-01 is designed to be installed in two pieces EHB series connected,
then connected with 120VAC power source parallel ! |

Each
wire can only operate at Maximum 1200watts, this mean one continuous
connection wire only can connect 74 piece of EHB, no more than
this quantity ! then this wire need to connect with 120VAC power
source ,because 18AWG wire can only support this power consumption
safely . you need another continuous wire to connect another set
of 74 pieces of EHCB. |

You have to use the
tool; 5"Mini Bent Nose Pliers to plug and unplug
the in-line connector, Do not pull by hand, it willdamage
the wire ! |

Now, you can arrange EHB by the way our connection routing map
suggested ! then you can fix EHB to sub-floor; no matter
it is concrete or wood, by snap nail into four holes in each
corner. |

Check carefully , see the direction of EHB connector is the
same as our routing map suggest ! Because our in-line connector
is spaced at fixed distance, follow our suggestion of EHB arrangement
will make EHB connection as one continuous wire ! Note: sometimes
you might need to scarify one or two EHB without connecting
! if the shape of space you wish to install is very in-regular
! |

Connect the wire , place the wire ,and insert into the conduit
slot to fix it, push the connector as much as possible into
EHB , see the drawing of connector and connection ! |

after you connect the connector , you
have to
apply the silicon glue fully into the section of connector,
there are three sections of connector for each EHCB connection
conduit ! and silicon
glue will prevent water and humidity to affect connector. |

the rest of conduit; will be poured filled with concrete cement
fully. |

After each row installed , you should check the resistance always,
make sure it is OK, then install next line of EHB ! repeat the
procedure from d) to I) ! |
